I arrived there only to find there was no one there to assist me. I had to catch a bus to the hospital for an appointment. Had to ask someone sitting there. She gave me directions and told me which bus to catch. I stood at the bus stop for 20 mins then walked back to a taxi compyi had passed on the way. Within 5 mins the taxi came and took me there. . It was an important appointment. Shame on you Perth. For such a lonI'm ely city...you are sadly lacking. Imagine if I had been a foreigner... No need for that at all.

There is a great wee cafe in the bus station staff & food are great

Hi I can o ly praise the young lady at the station for her considerate support during a difficult experience from a megabus employee. I was left stranded as I thought she put me on another coach. I had just been to a funeral and already upset this lady restored my faith in customer service. Her name is Christine and I thank you

I go into busy y bite cafe when im passing to work every morning, lovely coffee and defentely best bacon roll. Two lovely ladys who run the cafe are absolutely 5***. As for the comment below i think this man is plan rude what a discusting way to talk about anyone

Absolutely barbaric that there's no heating for the indoor waiting area.
