Poor service from Dean, lies to get companies to place jobs with Pertemps. Got compensation from them for the mess they caused my company.

Big waste of time! If your applying to get into kronospan, find another way In. Stefan jones of pertemps Wrexham promises all the shifts you can do and as much overtime as you want, but this is not the case. I've had one shift in two weeks and have came off JSA to work here.I don't know how I am to pay my bills and feed my family. Stefans other trick you should be aware of is saying your working the next day and not ringing back to confirm. Then you try ringing with no answer, so I went in anyway to not let anyone down. I ended up doing three and a half hours work for free yesterday then was sent home due to stefans lack of communication skills. So thanks stefan and pertemps
