I was offered the job by Emel who helped with me throughout the entirety of my work experience when I had any queries she was always kind and had an answer to every question I threw at her and overall I was so happy working for pertemps the temporary contract was perfect being a university student to save up over summer.
Dealing with Pertemps and especially Vanessa has been an absolute pleasure, right from the word go they haven’t been able to help enough and whenever I have had a question, they have been extremely quick with an answer and it’s always been resolved in one simple email. I would recommend these guys to anyone as I cannot fault them in any way.
Extremely disappointed with this agency. I have gotten in touch with Pertemps and have spoken to someone called Vanessa Foulds. I have spoken to her and she asked for my CV. I have sent it over and after we spoke about what roles I want ETC. Fast forward one day she has called me to say that she is arranging me an interview for next week and she will let me know a day prior to the interview when it is and where it is. Monday comes, nothing, Wednesday comes I write her an email, nothing. Friday comes, still nothing. I have filled in all paperwork she has asked, had to get different documents to show and after I show them, nothing after that. Really disappointed in this agency and if anyone is looking for a job please look elsewhere as from what I’ve experienced and what one of my friends experienced, this is not the place. If the job is taken already, then just let me know and not ignore me.
I recommend working for pertemps agency, I’m currently working for more than one year as a driver I never had any problems with them.I am always dealing with Lauren she is understanding caring and professional. They have variety of companies, they pay on time and they are very helpful.
Do not work with these people. They set me up with DHL in Enfield and initially they were very helpful. However, three major things happened. One was that I was threatened and assaulted by someone else that they had set up with DHL. The reason this person acted that way is because of the fact that I did something totally correct as far as I had been trained goes and they didn't agree with it. This caused management to actually have a go at ME because I put my hand up to defend myself. Secondly, they told me that the client was 'unhappy with my work' and they'd let me know whether I was kept on and, if I wasn't, they'd help me back into work. I did everything I was asked and management still picked on me, calling me a 'bottler' because I was talking to my team leader about something he wanted me to do. Needless to say, I wasn't kept on and they never got back to me. Thirdly and finally, they overtaxed my wages by £15.20 and didn't tell me. You assume that if they're an agency they would pay on time and correctly. The only reason I found out they took more money than they should have is because HMRC sent me a letter about it and they outlined in their calculations that Pertemps were the ones responsible. UPDATE: On the 13th of July at around midday, I received a voicemail from this office saying they've 'come across my CV' and they would 'like to talk to me about work', even though I told them to remove all of my information. Unbelievable.
Do not work for these thieves. I worked with them for few months... they tried to under pay me few times, when call them they said - my colleague knows about this. few weeks later changed my hourly rate without informing me whatsoever. they done similar story to friend of mine. extremely unprofessional !!!
staff here helped me out to get a job untill i found something more permanent. very friendly and good agency and quick to get me in work. i will use this agency again thanks to the non judgemental staff, ALSO THEY ARE NOT THEIVES THEY PAID ME IN FULL
