Alan helped us with a remortgage and insurances and he made the process so easy and helped us every step of the way as our application was a slightly different one we struggled on our own but we got a great deal with Alan's help, we would use personal touch again.

Recently my husband and I asked Alan to remortgage our house in order to finance an extension and consolidate some debts. Ignoring the fact, that he managed to negotiate a deal for us to borrow a further £20,000 without actually spending any more money (which was astounding in itself!) – I wanted to write and say how much we appreciated his clear, and understandable explanation of our remortgage, his availability to meet us at a time of our convenience, and his diligence in following our mortgage through to completion. Alan made the entire process painless and hassle-free. Everything was easy to understand and we appreciated that he took into consideration our need for security and stability in repayments, rather than forcing us into a particular deal, (something which we have experienced in the past). Needless to say I have no hesitation in referring his services to others and will I continue to do so.

Helped us to get our mortgage agreed and never gave up on getting us the best deal after lenders were changing their criteria just as the credit crunch hit. We were impressed with the lenders he had access to and all the different options were fully explained and we decided on a fixed mortgage to ensure we knew what our monthly payments would be. Also helped us with our insurances and managed to reduce our contents insurance and we moved from a flat to a house, so again we were very happy with saving money and sorting it all out with well known companies and all with one advisor

Ben Richardson was polite and helpful throughout the process. At times this was very stressful for me, but Ben remained positive and found me a great mortgage. I am extremely pleased with the service I received as it was efficient and I was kept informed throughout the process. Thank you for your help Ben it was much appreciated.
