Where to start! Drains that run back toward the house instead of away took 3 months to fix. A cistern tank leak because pluming not checked properly leaked through to living room ceiling.   Took 8 weeks for persimmon to paint the ceiling now the bathroom is still waiting to be replaced nearly a year on. YES A YEAR!

There is building still going on here people are having to manage with Un finished roads and the workmen going backwards and forwards in the lorries when it is all finished it should be a nice little estate but I would not want to live there at the moment

Shoddy workamnship from Bishops Gates. Leaked Ensuite and new carpets soiled.
