The plus's side. They build houses. The down side. The houses are awful
Sales staff great & promise everything.... until you exchange contracts.... Then they don't want to know.. Wouldn't let us in our property before moving in date, as we kept finding problems in property prior to then. We love our house now though, took over a year to get everything fixed after moving in, constantly having to chase customer services, as they don't call back.
Houses looked packed in and loads of on road parking making it a nightmare to drive round
Sales staff are iffy. Build quality of the houses is mixed. The layout is generally poor with limited parking.
Nice place to live, shame about the Internet
Prices are insane
