If this Persimmon development is anything like the one in Perth, then i would strongly recommend that you don't buy from Persimmon. The Perth site has suffered from long delays, and very poor communication from sales reps. At one stage i was getting phone calls from the sales rep saying "the move in date has been pushed back another month, but I don't really know why". They are refusing to pay compensation, and just keep referring to the contract. Not helpful! Their delays have cost me a huge amount in extra storage fees, but they don't seem too bothered about that. There's better builders out there, so i'd suggest looking elsewhere for your next home.

I looked at the 2 bed 6 months ago, the price was £109,000, I'd like to know Why has the price jumped up to £ 152;000 since then, this is the height of nonsense
