Lovely cricket ground with changing rooms showers toilets and lots of parking

Picturesque ground with the Abbey in the background but facilities for players and spectators quite run down which is a shame

We visited after a hockey game and were greeted very well by the lovely bar lady. Nice pint and good wine. Tasty scratchings. Lovely sitting on the portch overlooking the cricket square.

Friendly local cricket club. Large junior section with All Stars, Dynamos and age groups and flourishing senior and women's sections.

Great cricket club.
