Me and my went in a couple of weeks ago to look for a bigger car we found the whole experience very nice the staff let you do your thing without hounding you to get a sale. 
We were talked through various options and left to make a decision and chose a car witch we collected today. Our sales man was Daniel who in our eyes is a great asset to your business and will be receiving more custom from ourselves.

Great service, very friendly staff, always consultative about anything they are doing and would trust them for advice on things you don't understand. The engineers and technicians on the floor are great too - been on a couple of road tests with them to show some faults and they have been ever so warm and courteous. Great post service comms too and they will return your car spotless clean in and out!
Oh and on every service (not a package but a one off too!) you get free AA roadside assistance and breakdown cover!
I am a customer for life as long as I own a Ford.

I just want to say a big thank you to all the service staff. The engine management light came on my daughters ford kuga which was very concerning. I should not have worried because the service staff went the extra mile to quickly find the fault and carry out the repair. I really appreciate the kindness and service that I received and I will certainly return for any service requirements in the future.
