Having spoken to several bathroom installers we were pretty unimpressed with the offerings, until we came across Perry Plumbing & Heating quite by accident - they were recommended by another plumber who had just retired. From the initial meeting Anthony impressed us with his advice and professionalism, giving ideas and options for our small bathroom. His team were friendly and incredibly proficient throughout the work, with an incredible attention to detail and quality of the finish. The only downside was as they are so good they are in great demand, so you may have to wait to get the work done - but it's well worth the wait to get them working on your bathroom!

BEWARE, Classic case of telling me I needed a new boiler as couldn’t get replacement part (fan) any longer when that wasn’t true. Quoted silly amount for replacement. Subsequently checked with manufacture, got the part myself on line & had someone else fit it. Knew he was lying as it didn’t ring true and he spun a great big story about it, went on forever. Not sure what annoyed me more, the fact he was trying to rip me off or that he obviously thought I was stupid!

Perry's were very highly recommended to me by a friend/colleague and I'm delighted to say that his recommendation was spot on! From the first visit to discuss the job (full central heating installation from scratch) to the follow-up phone call this morning, everything was handled courteously, knowledgeably and professionally. Anthony and his colleague Brad worked tirelessly throughout each day, with the result that the job was completed very quickly to an exceptional standard - no endless tea breaks for these boys! I am very happy with the whole experience and will certainly be recommending Perry's to my friends - and calling on them again for my next plumbing project (kitchen) when I get round to it!

This is the second time we have used Perry Plumbing and Heating. Both times Anthony has been helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. We called in the morning and they made time for us in the afternoon the same day. Really fair prices and good information provided. We will definitely use them again for all future work. Would highly recommend.

Delighted to have found and used this long established local family business. Anthony was very responsive and had great customer service and rapport. Job ( replacement boiler installation) carried out professionally and exactly as discussed/proposed. Needless to say work was of a high standard and I would certainly recommend Perry's.
