I’ve never been a girl who has dreamt about her wedding, I didn’t really know where to begin, and honestly I felt overwhelmed with the whole wedding planning process. But wonderful Kirsty has made Perla Nova a truly dreamy bridal haven, and took all the stress away from one of the biggest wedding decisions you have to make!nnThe second I stepped into Perla Nova I knew I’d find ‘the dress’ here. Kirsty has made the store look so beautiful, and her warm & kind personality make you feel completely at home. I’d given her an idea of what I thought I wanted though I wasn’t overly clear as I wasn’t sure myself! and she used her wedding dress wisdom to pick out a handful for me to try. The first one I tried happened to be ‘the dress’ the gorgeous MWL Lenni! But Kirsty was so patient in allowing me to try on all the others still, and even pick out a couple more myself, just to be sure.nnIt felt like I had another bridesmaid in the room helping me choose a dress, Kirsty was so lovely and complimentary and honest about everything, I felt so at ease!nnFrom start to finish the whole process with Perla Nova has been brilliant. I emailed Kirsty about a couple of things which I was anxious about, and she responded so quickly and again with warmth. Sylwia, Perla Nova’s seamstress, was also brilliant. We made a few alterations to the dress didn’t need to do much as Kirsty had ordered it in pretty much the perfect sizing!, but we needed to adjust the chest area as that was my own personal worry, and Sylwia came up with a completely novel idea which worked perfectly!nnI would absolutely recommend any bride-to-be to come and visit Perla Nova. You will not regret it one bit, and in fact it will make your wedding planning experience just that bit more magical.nnThank you Kirsty for helping me pick my dream dress, which was just perfect for me as so many people kept saying!! and for helping me feel so confident on one of the most important days of my life.nnNousheen xx
I went to Perla Nova on my own because I thought I wanted a plain dress! I could not have been more wrong - the moment I tried the dress on I knew I wouldn’t love anything else like it.nFrom start to finish Kirsty was amazing! Friendly, professional and more importantly honest!!nI went with Hudson from the Made with Love collection and it was the first dress I tried on. Kirsty encouraged me to try on others to make sure and then we knew. I was in 2 minds whether to come back but with the years of experience Kirsty has I knew I was in the safest hands and went with my gut!!nBest decision ever! The in house seamstress was a dream and I ended up buying my veil and accessories from Perla Nova too because it was just so much easier!nSuch a chilled out vibe with honestly the most beautiful dresses!! I cannot fault the team in the slightest and would recommend the ladies to anyone!!!nnThank you so much for all your help, advice and support!! First & foremost, a big big thank you to Kirsty for helping me choose the dream dress & making the whole process utterly effortless.nnHaving worked as a bridal consultant myself, when it came to finally me finding a dress, I always thought I knew which designer I wanted - but I came across Perla Nova - hooked by the designer brands and the chic boutique. I knew I had to book. From the 1st phone call and emails I felt like I had known Kirsty for years!! She was so welcoming from the very start.nnNext the appointment- exclusive use of the boutique which is so personal and a lovely little sign which was a super nice touch. We had a great chat first, had a little look through the dresses, tried 5/6 on and low and behold the 1st dress and only shop. No hesitation and it was a Big fat YES from me. It was super special as my mum and one of my sisters who lives in Australia was there with me. Kirsty went above and beyond from the first phone call, until I collected my dress. Still now we keep in touch not only a bridal consultant but now a friend for life.nnKirsty you are awesome and your beautiful boutique is truly unique. So brides to be BOOK NOW!! Having fallen in love with MWL’s stunning designs, I visited the Perla Nova studio to find my dream dress. From the moment I stepped into the shop I was blown away - the boutique is absolutely stunning and it was so refreshing to experience a personalised shopping experience where Kirsty had listened to the types of dresses I liked and put together an edit especially for me. The communication from start to finish was outstanding.nnAll of the dresses stocked here are gorgeous and it was so difficult to choose but Kirsty was so kind and patient and didn’t at any point make me feel pressured into making a decision. I actually visited the MWL London studio after my appointment to try the dresses again but decided to return to Perla Nova to order, as I felt the experience and Kirsty’s expertise was invaluable.nnWhen my dress arrived I had a fair few alteration appointments as there were changes I wanted to make to help me feel more confident in the dress. Again, Kirsty was so supportive and offered her own suggestions which really helped. Sylwia, who completed the alterations, was also fantastic and made it feel as though nothing was too much to ask.nnThese lovely ladies do just want you to be happy in your dress and you can tell that they truly care about what they do.nnI highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a truly outstanding bridal experience.
