Popped in today to see if the jeweller could help with my tight wedding ring. Immediately helpful and pleasant, he removed it slowly and carefully, and refused to charge for his time and advice. Good old fashioned customer service, and I got to meet his lovely Collie too. Highly recommend.
The staff were amazing and could not do enough for Me. I wanted my husband wedding ring polishing before our 17th wedding anniversary . I left it with them and returned 50mins later and it was as bright as the first day he wore it. I would highly recommend their service with a smile.

Went for a watch battery today. Fitted within 5 minutes. The jewellery shop next door washed to send it off to get done and that would take over a week! Lovely friendly service and a nice chat with him while I waited. Highly recommended.

Amazing service! Me and my fiancee initially planned to get married next year, however my fiancee was diagnosed with cancer in August so we decided not to waste any time, our wedding is now booked for November. We dropped into Perkins last Wednesday to look at some rings, explained our situation. Normally rings have a 3-4 week turnaround but they managed to get the ones we chose by yesterday! We were so worried about being able to find rings in time we had even joked with each other about using haribo rings until we could get proper ones. Thanks to Perkins one of the biggest worries about our wedding has been completely removed. The staff are friendly and kind. We would highly recommend them.
I just gave my watch for new battery but it was damaged on the strap and he fixed it free of charge as I was worried it would have cost a lot as i didn’t have the pins and bits that goes with it. Absolutely delighted brilliant staff.
Best jewellers by far! I have used these for many years and thought it about time to write a review. They have always been friendly and knowledgeable on everything from changing a watch battery to commissioning a bespoke platinum and diamond eternity ring, I would definitely recommend them. I was recommended to go to this jewellers for replacement batteries for two watches which are of sentimental value. Previously I had been to a watch repairer in Baildon whom I had known all my life who has now retired. I went to Perkins yesterday and they were outstanding. They sorted the watches whilst I waited and told me about the watches etc as I watched. Their charges were very reasonable and I am confident they did a good job. Definitely I can recommend them highly.
Popped into Perkins in Shipley on the off chance they might be able to fix a problem I'd caused myself when changing a watch battery. Barry was super helpful and took fixing it as a personal challenge, even stripping a part from an old watch to get mine going again. Exceptional service and a very friendly guy, would definitely recommend. Thanks Barry
