Absolutely shocking service and behaviour by the Manager. Both wraps were dry no sauce nothing, blamed me for not selecting a sauce online when the mayo option was already automatically selected. Phoned the restaurant to make them aware, explained what’s happened and the person answering the phone handed it over to the manager. Manager was extremely rude and abusive from the beginning of the conversation, spoke over me, and then asked me why I’m shouting, well I didn’t have a chance to shout because he didn’t give me a chance to speak. Told him it’s a pointless conversation as he isn’t on the phone to sort anything out but to blame me so he hung up!
Extremely disappointed with the service provided. They forgot our meal and when we called them, a worker must’ve given us a fake name and didn’t record it down on the system so when we went to claim it they refused to give it as it “wasn’t on the system”. Tried to lie saying the manager wasn’t in but when he came out he mocked what had happened and refused to give us the food. Very very poor training has been given to the workers for this to happen.
Took phone order nearly 2 hours ago. Called to chase and they said they have no record of order. Then told us not to get angry and kept saying "It's ok". Shocking customer service. Awful experience. Avoid at all costs
Absolutely rank service. Attitude from the person answering the phone was appalling.... they even sighed down the phone. Order was late with no apology from the restaurant. Mediocre food. The rumours are true that all produce is now purchased from aldi. Shame on you Pericos
Prices are too high, food quality mediocre, “management” awful, delivery takes 2 hours to a place that’s 0.3 miles away and never offer a goodwill gesture. Instead they offer to “cancel the order”
We got wraps which were dry and awful and wings which were really good tasted better than nandosFood: 4/5
Sexiest chicken wrap ever ever ever ever. Never been here before and just had a chicken wrap and WOW, literally the best chicken wrap I’ve ever had in my life!!!!!!!!!
Hey, Please note when you order from here ensure the driver puts in your full address including postcode not just a house number. We had a delivery of food that we did not order. I of course rang explained incorrect delivery and asked them to pick up and give food to correct people who paid and deserve their food. Or send new food to correct people. Delivery driver who delivered incorrectly was so rude when he picked up the now cold order. If your order was very late today and cold it has been via me - it was not touched. And hope you enjoyed your meal although probably not. The attitude you recieve post trying to do the right thing is astounding!
Found a hair in our food disgusting and Managment is awful no manners no training on how to speak to customers
Ordered food 7.10pm not arrived until 8.30 pm.absoulety a joke .I could of cooked it myself.will not order again from here.pathetic
