Ordered a breast burger, ended up getting a rubbery fried chicken inside with no salad sauce just plain bread and rubbery hard chicken. Fries were old smaller and tasteless as well. Previous staff was fine and since they seemed quite nice and helpful.
Waited over 2 hours for my food, was offered nothing as an apology, rang up 4/5 times only to be told excuse after excuse. When the food finally arrived it was barely warm and the driver was blaring music at nearly 1am.. terrible service and shouldn't even allowed to be in business.
Giving 1 because 0 is not available. Ordered a meal for the work team and the restaurant sent 2 bags, one with the food missing a green salad and another one with a lot of sauces 20 mayo and about 10 ketchups. I have called the restaurant saying that the green salad and the 2 soft drinks were missing. They said that sent 2 bags and the soft drinks and the green salad were in the seconds bag the one with a lot of Mayo and Ketchup, I said that it weren't in the bag, after a while I decided to do not wast my time arguing. They didn't send the missing stuff and refused to refund. The food is acceptable but the restaurant is extremely disorganized and it has a terrible customer service. I will never order again......
Absolutely awful customer service. Phoned to place an order and the man sounded so miserable. Seriously if you are not happy with your role, make a change!!!! The reason is because when you can’t be bothered to listen to someone’s order, you get it wrong. It absolutely sucks when your order is finally delivered it took almost an hour to arrive , and it is wrong and when you phone you get the guy who wasn’t bothered when he was taking your order again!!! Will not waste my time with you people again. Good luck with your business because from reading your reviews, it does not look good for you. So maybe that’s why the man sounded miserable. Oh yeah, and thanks for not sending any sauces.
Was looking forward to a nice luncheon, when as I approached the counter I noticed the chef feeding a couple rats as if he were re-inacting a scene from Ratatouille.. after bringing the to the attention of the man at the till he replied, it’s okay they only go in the kitchen!
Hi I came to see friend in the area on the 16th Nov. I was starving I went into the shop ordered a chicken pitta meal the shop looked run down. The ordered takeaway while I was driving I ate the chips they were 10 10 no regrets....I parked up the car to eat the chicken pitta I took one bite spit it out as the Chicken had a bad smell it was defiantly off. Avoid for sure worse experience of peri peri. Put me off chicken for a while.....
Food is nice, but regularly have to wait well over an hour to expect delivery. When you try to call them you'll be left ringing for ages, or, like what just happened, they'll answer and immediately hang up! Been told the delivery is on its way, still waiting 10 minutes later, restaurant isn't even a 5 minute drive away
The worst food I have ever had in my life The peri peri was still raw with the marindae that looked like water with carrots chopped in it just put over it. I was going past radlett and came back and demanded a refund. He started arguing saying this is how we give food. Honestly go to the Sainsburys opposite to it and just get a meal deal. The worst shop I have ever been to. Avoid at all COSTS!
The fried chicken was dry and tasteless they gave us some weird sauce which we thought was bq sauce my son poured it on food it was like a mint sauce ruined the food the boxes fell apart food went everywhere the staff weren't that friendly and rushed our order buy saying customer are waiting. I eaten there in the past at the restsresta some time ago you need to buck your idea up or close down leave it to the professional like KFC
This was a total mistake to order from here! The cardboard boxes smelt of paraffin or something, which stank. The potato wedges had nothing wedge like about them. The peri peri chips had no peri peri on them and were just cold stuck together chips that you would get at 3am in the morning from a kebab shop. The chicken nuggets actually made me gag a little, the consistency of the chicken was like mash potato, and all I could think about was lips and bum holes reconstituted trash that Jamie Oliver warns us all about, even the boyff who normally eats any old thing, took one look at them and said no way. The veggie burger was no descript and tasted literally just of the oil it was fried in. The peri peri chicken was just as minging and congealed, again lacking anything peri peri at all. The delivery took forever. Never ordering from here again. Vomit inducing stuff. If I could give no stars then I would.
