I was given outstanding customer service today by a very friendly female assistant called Charlene : Thankyou very much for my bottle of Sauvage!
Went in on Saturday 15th December 9.30am to buy aftershave set and perfume set for Xmas. Advert on radio said you get free gift wrapping I asked the young assistant if she would wrap them for me her reply was its too busy I looked round there was only another person and myself in the shop!!!!
It's heaven!!!! Aftershave heaven!!!!! Friendly staff who help out when they can! Can be said the same for all perfume shops!
The manager in this ship needs to have some actual people skills training. Poor attitude, disgraceful mannerisms and above all she has a bigger moustache than me.
Value for money.
