Perfect move were brilliant when moving us last week, they were polite and helpful throughout nothing was too much trouble, even with my three children 'helping' at times! I would highly recommend them.

I have recently used perfect move to move house and also used commercially, when moving office. The service was very professional and friendly. All items were packed well and there was no breakages. I would recommend this company for domestic or commercial moves.

I would definitely NOT employ Perfect Move of Spalding again as they claim to be fully insured BUT when I asked for their Insurance Companies name and address Perfect Move did not want me to contact them for some reason to make a claim for my large flat screen television that Perfect Moves employees damaged when this company moved me on 18th January 2016. When I complained about the broken screen they asked me to purchase a new television and send them the receipt - they said that they would then reimburse me for it by return post (I did as they requested and they confirmed that they had received it in the mail) BUT they have consistently refused to pay me the money that they owe me. First off Perfect Move asked for my Bank details as they claim that they do not have any cheques. but I do not give my banking details out to anyone plus I do not do internet banking. Then they claimed that their bank was specially printing a cheque book for them to use BUT this cheque book did not arrive. Then they said that I could go over to their address and collect the debt in cash! I have asked them to give me a date and a time that they will be there with the cash BUT still no reply from them. I am disabled and it has taken me some time to check over the rest of my possessions and I find that they had dropped a chest of drawers and broken it - which I have had to glue together - also the electric start handle on my mower has been broken off and is dangerous to use - so it has had to be thrown away. Both of these items were in perfect order before Perfect Move handled them. I am totally appalled by this companies behaviour and due to my really bad experience with them I could not in all honesty recommend this company to anyone who needs a removal company. Thirteen weeks after my Television was damaged by this Perfect Move of Spalding I am still waiting to be paid. My only recourse now is to take them to court. I wonder if they will allow this bad review to stay on their website!
