I never write reviews but my experience here annoyed me so much! 

I visited here with my Mum shortly after Christmas time. We were handed a clipboard while the lady left the room and asked to fill out details about the wedding and the style of dress I was looking for. I had already been to one shop before this one and knew what styles I definitely did not want. 

Neither me nor my Mum were allowed to browse through any dresses; instead the lady left us on our own for a good 10 minutes while she went and chose dresses for me. She then brought back a whole selection of dresses in styles completely contrary to what I had written down and discussed with her - including one that had a bodysuit underneath! The entire time I felt like we were bothering her. No opinions offered on what the dresses were like on me and she clearly just wanted a sale over and above anything else. She even asked me what I did for a living and said that my job indicated that I would be indecisive in nature! The cheek of it after not listening to what I said I definitely didn't want in a dress! 

I did find a dress that I liked and then they do this whole "if you buy it today we will give you discount" malarky - I get that they're trying to make a sale but this is just far too pushy for my liking and I felt very pressurised. When I said I wanted to think it over (I had no intention of giving them the business after the experience even though I did like the dress!) the lady just simply did not want to know any more. I was made to feel like I was picky and I'm sorry, but if I'm about to part with nearly £1000 for a dress I reserve the right to be that way! 

Would not recommend to anyone. I agree completely with a previous user re Chantilly Lace, who are friendly, welcoming and actually give you opinions on the dresses you try on, rather than trying to push you into buying something you know does not suit you at all. Not impressed.

Said yes to the dress at perfect day  today !🎉🙈 if anyone hasnt been in yet all I can say is make sure this is the first place you look . After an awful experience elsewhere the girls here look after you so well and its first class service so personalised , so much patience and most important my dress is absolutely stunning 💕💕💕 thank you girls !

The wedding shop staff are absolutely amazing they are so friendly and have great patience with the bride. They totally listen to what they wouldnt like and what they don't like and go get what the bride has told them. Over all a great experience and yes of course the bride to be said Yes To The Dress.

Excellent experience at Perfect Day. Lovely girls, so friendly and helpful, and made the experience of choosing my bridesmaid dresses stress free and enjoyable! Also bought my mums dress from here and they were so helpful with that experience too! Can't wait to see my bridesmaids in their beautiful dresses on my big day in 3 weeks!!

Fantastic service the glass of bubbles on arrival was a lovely touch.  Although I didn't find my dream dress here they have some fantastic options for a plus size bride :)
