This is an absolutely stunning bridal shop with an enormous range of beautiful dresses for all budgets. My final decision came down to two dresses, one at Perfect Day and one in another shop, and the ladies were incredibly kind and helpful in welcoming me back to try it on again and make my final decision! I went for the other dress in the end as it was more ‘me’, but I would recommend Perfect Day/Flossy & Willow without a moment’s hesitation.

They were fabulous. I bought my beautiful Charlie Brear dress from Perfect Day and it was a brilliant (and easy) experience. When the dress arrived there was a slight problem with it (it didn't fit properly due to a fault!). They immediately recognised the problem, took charge of the situation, were calm and efficient, and arranged for it to be sorted immediately. I received a perfect replacement within 4 days. It was a potentially stressful situation that they dealt with professionally and sensitively. Thoroughly recommend them!

I was absolutely dreading trying on a wedding dress for the first time but as soon as I got to perfect day brial Olivia made me feel so welcome and made the process very very special for me and my mum/ sister. It's a beautiful salon and a day I will always remember and cherish. Thank you.

Having visited several wedding dress shops I found that the ladies at Prefect Day Bridal were able to help me choose the perfect wedding dress.They were honest, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble (as I tried on most of the dresses in the shop! ) We had so much fun and the experience was wonderful.  Once I had chosen my dress the seamstress spend a lot of time making all the alterations I needed to make the dress perfect for me and the dress beautiful on the day. Thanks so much for making my wedding day so special. With such a professional team I would not hesitate to recommended them for one of the most important decisions for your wedding day.

Perfect Day was the first bridal shop I visited and it was a wonderful experience. The boutique was stunning and the relaxed, professional service perfectly matched the gorgeous location. The dresses are beautiful and there's an excellent selection. I couldn't recommend Perfect Day more!
