Has shalac done yesterday and my nails are bending and snapping already. With shalac it’s meant to harden your nails and this hasn’t I have now got split nails that are catching and breaking. Will never use this place again! Terrible!Service:&nbsp;Nail cut &amp; filing

Used this salon for just over a year now and never had a bad treatment. Had pedicure and gel extension on my fingernails. Always courteous, polite, excellent work on my feet / hands. Friendly. Astounded at how rude the lady was . Interesting to read the reviews to see that others have experienced this . Shellac on acrylic has chipped after 24 hours !!! That’s never happened before. She made my cuticles bleed on 2 fingers . Huffed and puffed at my the entire way through the treatment . I will not go back . I have just received the most appalling nail experience of my entire life. I am insanely shocked at the level of regard and respect I received as a paying customer, never mind the verbal abuse I received when I queried the price.  I have just been charged £30 for less than 20 minutes work for apparently a 'take off and redo' treatment. I am struggling to see how the service I received fell into that category as I had a small patch of three month old nail varnish on each of my big toes which was removed with one swipe of nail varnish remover. To add to this horrific experience, when the shellac was applied the technician really hurt me and did not react nor apologise when I winced and said she was hurting me. When it came to paying I questioned the price I needed to pay and when I was told £30 I nearly fainted. I queried how it had come to that price and the lady highlighted the take off process - what she removed from two toes with a swipe of a cotton pad did NOT constitute £10 worth of work. I also raised the point that the technician had been very rough and rude to me when she was hurting me. This resulted in a two on one attack where the nail technician and another worker were shouting at me that they were not rough nor rude and did not hurt me. This made me feel very intimidated and scared. I paid the full amount to prevent further escalation of the situation but I know my experience was not right. I know we are in the spooky season having just had Halloween but I do not remember signing up to this horror film. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Very rude and phenomenally unprofessional. Also, they only take cash - please enter the 21st Century along with the rest of us.

I made an appointment, although did not need to as they had no customers and my shellac was peeling in just 4 days, so I returned again to an empty shop and politely asked the technician to redo the nail and she flatly refused as she does not guarantee her work!  She was extremely rude, shouting at me as I left after I politely  told her I would not return. Also they ONLY  accept cash,  SO BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS.

Their nails aren't bad - hit and miss at best - but they're just so rude. Hate to say it but the woman I had didn't listen to what I wanted, repeatedly criticised my existing nails which were fine and they charged me £13 just for a polish change. I'd gone in the day before at 4:45 bearing in mind their Facebook says they shut at 6 and the man working there said they were 'closed'. When I brought up the Facebook working hours he just said they 'felt like closing a bit early sorry'. I don't ask for much from my nail place but their rudeness is too much. Won't be going back and DEFINITELY not recommending.

We called up to ask if a booking was needed as we had arrived in to Gosport marina and this nail bar was in close proximity The man on the phone seemed polite enough And said my partner could walk in and no booking was necessary, So 30 minutes later we turned up and was confronted by a rude woman saying full up today and can not do the finger nails very poor customer service no sorry or dident even look in the book to offer another appointment or if anything else was available AVOID terrible service to a potential new customer

I just had a pedicure and manicure with shellac as a walk in. I was a little skeptical because of the reviews but the girls could not have been more friendly. Fantastic job done on my nails and reasonably priced.  Would definitely recommend.
