Service is perfect, staff are very polite and they do a great fry up, sandwiches, drinks. My favourite place for a take away fry up. Fully recommend
Great little place fresh bread and great deli
The new owners have ruined this place, what used to be a regular place for me to pick up a freshly made sandwich or pasta for lunch is now somewhere I will avoid. Tried Peppers a few times just after the new owners took over & the service and food was poor, haven't used them since until today and nothing has changed other than the prices that they have put up! I was the only person in there and still had to wait nearly 10 minutes for my sandwich only to find when I opened it that the bread was warm and soggy, I will be going elsewhere from now on & it's such a shame as it was lovely before.
I've just started purchase food from this established , the staff seem really nice and helpful , down to earth type .. food nice and fresh . politeness and chatt go a long way in my book ...well done . Recommended Yes . 20.11.2020 Local to area . Remember we are in and out of lock down and businesses are struggling so if local people can support this every little helps. Under the circumstances we all need to support small businesses. We are lucky to have them open .
So I visited for the first time in quite a while after this used to be one of my favourite go to places for a decent breakfast sandwich years ago. It appeared to me that it has since changed hands perhaps in the last year or so and although the same name not the same experience. I did get a sandwich and it was OK but not up to the same level as how it was when I used to go. The interior seems very rolled back and significantly less of a selection of meats and breads etc that there used to be. Perhaps the lack of items was down to the recent lockdowns but sadly my recent experience was that this is now very much just another sandwich shop - I hope it gets back to the level it once was.
Food arrived over 30 minutes late and cold, the driver had an attitude from where he had been driving around to locate the facility however they have delivered to our works multiple times and even delivered food 2 weeks ago! The driver tried to say that the tin foil had kept it warm but over 30 minutes of driving with the food the food was cold! Extremely disappointing as I had to send the food back with nothing else to eat! Not the service you would expect from peppers at all, might of been a bad day for them but they usually do better !
Delicious and authenic South American food at very reasonable prices and lovely people. We really enjoyed sitting in the nice garden, eating the beef cooked on an outside barbecue as well as lovely empanadas just £1 each!, plantain and cassava. Looking forward to coming again soon!
Good service and food. We had prawn salad and tuna salad baguettes with a yummy cinnamon latte and Earl Grey tea. Bloke serving very friendly and helpful. There was well spaced seating outside and our contact details were taken in case Covid-19 contact tracing subsequently needed. We had no issue with that at all.
Peppers provided a beautiful lunch for my mum's 90th birthday - everything was fresh, beautifully prepared and delivered in proper serving dishes - the presentation meant that I could literally just put it all out on the table - a big plus! It was all delicious and everyone really enjoyed it. Will definitely be using Peppers for future events - great to take the stress out of a special occasion!
Well it's now I believe to be about my 5th time going back for my favourite fry up breakfast and its always cooked as I love it done as quite fussy about my eggs and they cook them perfectly. Can't fault the place, great food, great staff.
