I've used Peplers for about 30 years. l like the quality of their work and their friendly approach. But most of all I appreciate their integrity. I've found l can trust them to tell the truth and to deal honestly in all the dealings I've had with them. Brilliant people.

Stuart and his team offer a really professional independent service that is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have used them for over ten years now for routine servicing and major mechanical work on a range of vehicles, and Pepler's ethical, honest and pragmatic approach is exceptional. Highly recommended and capable independent service and repair specialist.

I stopped by, randomly, to get my BMW 118d MoT'd about a month ago. Thankfully, they were able to take me right away, although this obviously may not always be the case. Overall, the mechanic did a thorough inspection and did not gouge me on anything! There were a few 'mentions' on my MoT report but none required an immediate remedy. About a week later, I had an unfortunate suspension problem and stopped by again to seek advice. In this case, the mechanic throughly inspected for me (on the spot) and gave me a fair quote on the repair. When speaking to the mechanic, I felt a sense of trustworthiness and honesty. He said he would do all he could to keep the cost down on my repair and has done exactly that. Sometimes auto repairs can get expensive quickly but I never felt like I was being ripped-off by any means. Overall, a great group of guys at this place. I will go here for all future repairs and services.
