I recently visited Pepe’s and had an excellent dining experience. The food was freshly made, well-seasoned, and served promptly. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere — clean, comfortable, and inviting.nA special appreciation to the staff, especially the till girl, for her polite and professional service. Her warm attitude made the visit even more enjoyable.nOverall, this branch offers a perfect mix of great food, friendly service, and a welcoming environment. Definitely worth visiting again!
I placed an online order, and part of the order was not delivered. When I called to report the missing item, communication was extremely difficult. The staff member insisted that I was wrong and that all items had been delivered, and then hung up on me. This happened three separate times. I even offered to send a photo showing what we received and what was missing, but that didn’t seem to matter.nnOn the fourth call, I spoke with a different staff member who was more apologetic. However, I was told that unless I was willing to drive back to the shop, we wouldn’t receive the missing item. We then had to apply for a refund.nnThis was very disappointing customer service. Unfortunately, this will be our first and last time ordering from here.
Visited here almost a week or so ago and let me tell you the food is amazing to say the least, can't wait to go here again, also lemme tell you about this magnificent person that I interacted with who still have me in awe, Her name is Kaify, she has been a real help for me to choose what to have as I have been visiting the county, but dayumm she is hot, and absolutely breathtaking
Plain and simple I found MULTIPLE MAGGOTS in my food pictured attached for proof. Absolutely disgusting, genuinely wish I could give them less than 1 star because even that’s too high for them. Nothing can make me go back here after this.
