I went in store to order my food- my payment was taken and told it would be ready in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I received my meal. In the meantime numerous meals were made. I noticed my fries were bagged for a long time before the remainder of my meal was ready, but numerous meals were sent out before mine and for deliveries. My order was eventually passed to me and I said to the man that the fries had been standing for a while…he said they are still warm as they were on a warm shelf. Got home and fries were stone cold. I will never go there again. Very poor service
Awful. Would just go to McDonald’s for a better price properly cooked food and better service. The burger came burnt and the chips undercooked, wasn’t even edible. Sent it back and the customer service was shocking from the higher management offering chicken wings but after my burnt and undercooked food I wouldn’t trust the chicken. The manager then said well there nothing he could do about it not even offering half the money back. So I left in disgust. Would never go back here and I would advise everyone else to go somewhere else too.
We've been ordering from here and we usually get great food every time but in the middle of the week I keep getting like five tablespoons of mayonnaise on a beef burger! Whoever this person is that is serving these beef burgers you know damn well you are ruining the customers burger nobody in their right mind would have that much mayonnaise on a burger you need to be sacked any more and I'm going to go down there in a taxi and complain direct, and that'll be straight after the delivery so whoever you are stop ruining people's food and the management need to monitor their servers, this is more than once this has happened I will post these pictures I have took of the disgusting amount of mayonnaise on TripAdvisor beware because a lot of holiday makers come here, I'm sick and tired of takeaways delivering disgusting food as for pepe's itself usually it's lovely food I think you've just got a bad apple in your restaurant, and father franchise owner the delivery was on 8th of January 2025 between 7 and 9:00 p.m. so you know who is on your staff in Rhyl!!!
We come every now & than Absolute favourite the taste is just Amazing best halah takeaway in sorroundings of rhyl we come from holywell. Ma favourite is piri piri chicken Anytime Anyday just cant get over it.staff very nice service very good Enviornment Also good
Very clean and tidy place where I had a chick n rice box. The chicken was soft and juicy and very flavourful and the food came very quickly. Would definitely visit again if I’m in the area
