Awful. Would just go to McDonald’s for a better price properly cooked food and better service. The burger came burnt and the chips undercooked, wasn’t even edible. Sent it back and the customer service was shocking from the higher management offering chicken wings but after my burnt and undercooked food I wouldn’t trust the chicken. The manager then said well there nothing he could do about it not even offering half the money back. So I left in disgust. Would never go back here and I would advise everyone else to go somewhere else too.
Food and service absolutely spot on! Never heard of it before but just decided to pop in when we saw it. Will definitely return!
I don't usually give such low ratings, though this place resembles a fast food place without the speed. No staff seem'd to motivated to be there with 1 member sneezing and just continuing on. The guy taking our order was so quiet we had to keep asking what he was saying.nnFood wise, my meal was the chicken wrap where all the rice was on top, chicken dead centre, all onions placed together on 1 side with beans on another. Not how you would expect a wrap to be layered.
I ordered the Chicken XL and my burger was under cooked. Literally did not taste like a normal Chicken XL something was off. I came away from the restaurant and later in the evening vomiting all that food out. Worse experience I've had with food. Very disappointed.
The food was so good I completely forgot to take a picture.nnOrdered the PEPE’s Chicken Box menu as a meal with fries and a drink. The person at the till was kind and patient with my order as I wasn’t sure what to get. The chicken box came with 1/4 chicken, spicy rice and vegetables. The chicken was utterly divine, absolutely tender - best I’ve had in a while with hint of sweet mango & lime which complemented well with the spicy rice reminded me a bit of kabsah!. I’m no good with spice but this was a good amount. The vegetable was okay, you can’t really expect much. For the fries, crunchy on the outside and light and fluffy within.nnOne thing to note is if you’re getting an “upgrade drink” like J20 you have to pay about extra which wasn’t mentioned on the menu but if it was, it’s not highlighted properly.nnAnyway overall, it’s better than Nando’s. Obviously the look and feel is entirely different. However, their chicken and rice is incomparable and you get a good portion for the price of meal. Highly recommend the mango and lime chicken flavour.
