Best pepes i have ever been to and trust be i have been to quite a few. The food is always fresh and juicy whenever i order or choose to dine in. They have always been generous with the chips and never failed with taste. Highly recommend the chicken xl meal as is it my go to.
Rude workers over the phone I had called up for a delivery and a worker called rohid was on the call and he couldn’t take my order properly and ended the phone on me twice.nnThey owed me a chocolate fudge Cake and when i tried explaining to him that the manager was gonna add it on my next order he had said no we can’t do that and ended the call without even informing manager.nWould definitely not recommend this place, it’s a disaster!!!
Honestly the best chicken stop in Hemel. Smashes every one out the park. Flavour is out of this world. If you're in Hemel. You will not beat Pepes.
Food was meant to be delivered 8:15pm latest nothing turned up called uber eats, they said pepe staff are delivering it personally and was told to just wait longer bad service. Called got through to pepes and was told it's a glitch in the system we will be sending it out in 7mins it's not our fault it's Ubers fault. Pepes staff just wanted me off the phone I know she's working but if in paying for a service and you guys cannot deliver I should get a full refund it tured up 45mins past it's time
