Gorgeous, great place to take the kids to burn energy on bikes or feet. Cafe in the middle is a bit expensive at 2.10 for a carton of apple juice but it is a lovley place to sit and watch the ducks .

This is a beautiful park right in the centre of a residential area.nThere is ample parking around the park.nGreat for dog walkers, joggers, sitting, strolling.nThere is a dedicated play area for the kids here too.nPublic conveniences are in the centre, by the lake open from 8 til 8 in the evening.nThe lake has a couple of resident swans and ducks.nThere is an old bandstand here too that does get used from time to time for eventsnThere is a bowls club here too with a fantastic bowls green.nWell worth a visit anytime of the year

Big area, well kept. Gives a spacious feel even when busy. Lots to do/see; good sized play area with various apparatus for kids. Cafe and toilets if needed. Haven't often visited, but been there a couple of times recently and always enjoy the walk and greenery.

Very pretty park and it has really nice playground as we saw from far away because we were not allowed to go in it was under repairs for mad draining. I hope next time we be there my toddler can use the playground. Very beautiful overall. The lake and the birds gives calm vibes.

Lovely place to walk and chat. Lovely cafe with friendly, helpful staff. Good choice on the menu for savouries and sweet treats. Dog friendly.
