Make sure you arrive early to your guaranteed late appointment. I’ve even been first patient of the day at 9am, and the dentist has walked in at 10 past ready to make a coffee. Whilst waiting today, a lady arrived 17 mins late and was turned away by the receptionist as “policy is 15 mins late maximum”. I pointed out that they were running over half an hour late anyway! My 2yo son then refused to be seen by the dentist, as he was too upset and distressed. Likely due to sitting for so long in the waiting room. On a positive note, for adults, the dentists generally provide good service. The dental hygienist upstairs always provides exceptional service.
Have had mainly positive appointments since using this practice. Can sometimes spend a long time waiting for appointments which can be very frustrating. Works currently ongoing inside so will be nice to see these completed soon which may help with capacity.
I hadnt been to the dentists in a long time due to a bad experience elsewhere, but needed an emergency appointment due to a chipped tooth. They managed to fit me in quickly.The dentist made me feel very comfortable and the service was excellent by all members of staff. I have been for my follow up since my inital appointment/ treatments and cant fault the service received. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

Thank you so much for booking me in as a new patient. I am very grateful - no one was taking me on at other practices but I had no issues when speaking to the receptionist at the practice. Very professional!
Lovely and well mannered receptionist for my check up today. My dentist Dhillon Zala was top notch. Ran all my checks and gave me excellent advice to managing my dental hygiene. Very pleased with the service!
I went today and they treated me so badly they finished my treatment after only barely paying any attention to me as the main denstist and her helper were just talking amongst themselves the whole time. After my treatment was finished, they told me i can go but when i looked into the mirror i realised that the cotton was still left in my mouth and they had completely forgotten to take it out. When i told them this they were like "sorry it was a mistake".
I have used this dentist for years, and have never had a problem until recently. Because I haven't been for a checkup in a while, I've been thrown off the books, bearing in mind the owners have changed since the last time I went for treatment here. Shouldn't it be your systems sending out a text or letter asking me to come in for regular checkups? If so, I've never received anything. After ringing up to speak with the practice manager who wasn't available, I was told I'd receive a call back over the coming days from the manager.. just over a month later, I'm still waiting for this call What was once a decent dentist now looks like it's joined the money grabbing club in the private sector. **** Update: Just to be clear, and to reply to your reply. I've never missed an appointment, and I have simply been thrown off the books for not having a checkup for some time.. and also if you'd like to discuss this further you have my number and address!
