We moved into a new property with my dad. Pentland plumbing upgraded the boiler, radiators and fitted a new bathroom. My dad is 88 and was around while the works were completed. He told me the staff were polite, efficient, helpful and very hard working. To say we are delighted would be an understatement. They even fitted an extra rad in my dads lounge as he feels the cold. I can’t not recommend them more highly and wouldn’t use anyone else even if I had to wait to do so. If you want a company you can trust, who are reliable and trustworthy Pentland has your plumbing and heating sorted! They even helped design the bathroom.
Everything went smoothly with our boiler replacement. Keith visited first and assessed what was required. Kerrie sent the quote to me the next day. I accepted the quote and Hazel called me to book the installation date. A week later Bill visited and fitted the new boiler. So that's it. Everyone did their bit and we have a lovely new boiler with wireless thermostat and phone apps to control the temperature. Perfect
After trying several heating and plumbing businesses just before Christmas because my boiler had broken down, Pentland plumbing were the only ones that could help. They came the next day fixed the boiler temporarily to see me through Christmas and the New Year and then replaced the boiler at a time that suited me, which was this week! The engineer was extremely efficient knowledgeable and very tidy and the boiler installed in 5 hours and the old one taken away. Everything went very smoothly and he took the time to explain how the new boiler and the programmer worked! I would recommend this business 100% . Everyone from office staff to engineers were so friendly and helpful. And the price was very competitive!
I had a bathroom and a whole house filter system fitted. Very happy with the service. Clean, tidy and prompt arrival in the morning. Have used Pentland Plumbing last year. Will use them again in the future.
Brilliant service throughout the process. Pentland Plumbing replaced our system boiler with a combination boiler. There customer service was great throughout the whole process and they carried the work out in a friendly and efficient way. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic service. Had a leaking bath, called a few plumbers and was quoted over £1000 by one to fix the issue. Sam came out and fixed the leak quickly and to a high standard for 1/4 of the price. Would use again!
Another excellent service from Pentland Plumbing Services Ltd, very pleased with the work that was carried out, Paul was very knowledgeable and sorted some question we had about our heating system. I would highly recommend Pentland Plumbing which I have to anyone who needs a good reliable pluming service.
Bit of an urgent problem with only a trickle of water coming into the house. using a combi-boiler this does cause problems. Rang Pentland this morning, was offered a plumber this afternoon who turned and sorted the job promptly and efficiently. All while being friendly. What a service and made better by an excellent price. 10/10 for this job. In the phone book now.
I've had two jobs done so far and have been very pleased by the speed of response and quality of work. Staff are friendly, efficient and genuinely interested in helping their customers.
Can’t recommend Pentland Plumbing highly enough. Start to finish, communication is excellent, workmanship really high standards and to top it all the most polite, friendly and considerate team. Pentland have carried out numerous jobs for my whole family and every single job has been effortless from a customers perspective. To top it off they also support local charity groups who work to help out local families. Great company
