How on earth this shop is still open is beyond me. Please do not shop here, and do your research on what setups and accommodation are appropriate for your animal/reptile. The enclosures provided here are completely inadequate, and selling these as 'full setups' is a complete rip off. Please go to a reputable store that provides the correct equipment. Animals will not do well in setups provided from this shop, and if anything they will die very quickly.nThe owner may be knowledgeable on aquatics however seriously lacks basic knowledge on reptile care.
Just been in the shop. Staff really helpful, got everything I wanted and will definitely be back. Can't recommend enough.
Popped in today for some stuff for our tortoise. The staff are absolutely lovely and very friendly people. Also really good prices.
What a hidden gem! This is now my go to place for my fish. Lovely helpful lad in the shop. Very friendly and I was like a kid in a sweet shop!!!!! Purchased fish for my pond and will be back for my koi when I build the bigger pond next year
popped in to penshaw Aquatics, the other weekend after a brake of a year and still the same easy going happy to chat and help with all my animal supplies. all ways head their when i am in the north east.
