Ordered shish kebab and a Farmhouse pizza, the Shish looked like someone had thrown up in the box the pizza was as dry as cardboard and lacking toppings. Absolutely disgusting. Never again Pensby not kebab. NEVER AGAINFood: 1/5
The fried chicken was dreadful over cooked in old oil, the chips were dry and tasted of old oil also. The manager was also rude and arrogant to honest criticism, will never go again and would say avoid at all costs.Food: 1/5
Just had a delivery of lamb kebab, rice, salad & pitta bread. Lamb & rice cooked perfectly. Salad presentation was excellent extra fresh & crispy. The gentleman who took my order was patient on the phone, gentleman who delivered was very friendly. Excellent all aroundFood: 5/5
Will never use again, ordered a. Kebab, pizza meal and bottle of coke. They were quick to deliver,. Forgot the. Bottle of coke and cookie dough icecream. Called back moments after the driver left and then took a further hour for them to deliver a bottle of Pepsi and hazelnut ice cream instead of cookie dough. Waste of space don't use because they can't read their own orders and once your moneys been taken they don't care about resolving your issue!

Had a few takeaways from here over the last couple of years, and never been disappointed. They always give you a free garlic bread with cheese with every order, so don't bother adding one to your order if you want one . Food is well priced and they also have a 5 star food hygiene rating, which is always appreciated!Food: 5/5
Food is normally fantastic but the lamb kebab was awful. Could not chew a single piece lamb as full of sinew/gristle and was cold.Food: 1/5

Ordered on line arrived earlier than expected delicious hot food and huge amount. First time we have used this take away but will definitely be our go to in the future couldn’t fault it.Food: 5/5
Rang in with an order, clearly said twice to the guy on the phone for the chicken to be separate from the salad with garlic mayo on the chicken and for the separate salad to have mayo on it but it came all in one box with just garlic mayo all over it. Rang them and they said they would re-deliver the correct order…no order arrived after 45 minutes so rang back to be told that’s what we ordered and we weren’t getting another delivery…of something we have already paid for?? When we placed the order the guy was saying ‘YES BOSS, YES BOSS’ when we were speaking…but he was a different person when we rang back very aggressive telephone manner I think he should learn how to listen to what the customers order more clearly!! The free garlic bread was soggy…think it’d been sat in the wet box for quite a while that went in the bin along with the rest of the order. Absolutely disgusting service…will never use or recommend them again!
