Really nice/safe/modern facility and good instruction - helpful and friendly staff. Waiting area with refreshments a bonus for parents. 
Could do with someone available at reception on a more regular basis as it seems a bit hit and miss, but the online gymnastics portal is pretty good for keeping everything up to date.

I'm sure the Gymnastics is great, but the management is beyond appalling. They took money from my account for classes we didn't agree to or attend and refused to refund it. When I complained, reasonably, by email, they told me not to attend the premises anymore. It's all about the money. Absolutely no customer service or understanding.
