Fantastic soft play for younger kids, my daughter absolutely loved it! The staff were lovely and helpful too. Very reasonably priced too.

I think we need more attention parking the disabled parking space most time use whit out blue bage we are told staff and mannager but not much change. The swimming pool side needs more care, and the toilet doesn't have a hand dryer or paper towels.  Dirty toilet, not working shower or just cold water. The sitting chair is dirty.  But staff friendly.

Nice soft play area for the little ones the only thing is it's a bit on the small side nevertheless my kids spent over an hour and a half there. They do a really nice hot chocolate but the food menu is a little limited in choice. Food prices are reasonable but I feel as though the cost of entry for a SMALL soft play area isn't good value for money since the larger ones charge around similar price.

Changed what's included in subscription without warning or notice, customer service didn't even read the email properly!! Let alone explain why or apologise.
