Max is the most thoughtful and accommodating man at a time when we were so upset to lose our best friend Jasper.  He ensured that it was possible to wait for Jasper's ashes and he even let me place him in the unlit furnace so I could say my goodbyes and know it would only be him I would be taking home with me!  Everything had been thought of to make this time straightforward and I am only sorry it has taken me so long to write this review.  Thoroughly recommend this pet crematorium.

We took our  white German Shepherd for cremation  on a Saturday morning at short notice. We were met with sympathy and an understanding service to see off a much loved family pet. Things were done respectfully  and speedily without being mawkish.We saw where the cremation was to be conducted .Everything looked tidy and we felt reassured of individual treatment.Our thanks to Max.
