Absolutely appalling experience. I was once trying to find a specific type of book, which I ended up browsing for about 4-5 minutes, the staff came up to suspiciously and shouted at me “YOURE STANDING THERE FOR TOO LONG” I felt humiliated and embarrassed. I just left the store without making my purchase. Because of this now I am afraid to spend more than few mins in any shop I go to. I can’t believe how they treat their customers.
