Bit of a wait on this visit (20 minutes). Ordinarily not a problem but I was on my lunch break so time was of the essence. Nevertheless always a good experience and the ladies in reception are so lovely

On my 1st visit and during my 4 year old daughters examination the dentist started trying to sell me cosmetic surgery for my apparently crooked front tooth. He gave me 3 options and advised that I should go for the £1500 option. It came as a bit of a shock to say the least especially as a) he was examining my daughter and b) at 45 and with no fillings, no dentist has ever mentioned a misaligned tooth before. I am sure they are decent enough dentists but not someone I would ever recommend

Pennypot dental surgery has looked after me for some years now and always provides a prompt, efficient and caring service. I can strongly recommend it.

Like others commenting,here I,ve just experienced great care from Dr Phillips's and her nurse with a temporary crown and subsequently a permanent crown.Afterthe new crown arrived earlier than expected I was offered an earlier appointment to conclude the process with a full explanation given at each stage. thanks

Nice light contemporary waiting room, great dentists, receptionist and dental assistants happy to have signed up here as my new dentists.
