Excellent dentist who did an amazing job, completely painless and it was explained to me very well what was happening. I was very satisfied. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that I was kept waiting for over 15 minutes and it was an early morning appointment. They'd be very cross with me if I was 15 minutes late.
Had a tooth removed today. I’ve had a very bad experience at another dentist with teeth being taken out. Dentist was very aware of my nerves and even when I said I couldn’t do it he reassured me that this would not be the same as other extractions he was already a lot more professional than other experiences and well I can say this was the smoothest extraction I’ve had and the cleanest no bleeding and no major pain. Would recommend pennypot ashford to anybody.
I have been a patient at Pennypot Dental for many years. The front desk staff are always prompt at answering the phone and willing to help. My dental practitioner is outstanding in his care and commitment to keep my teeth in as good a shape as possible, at my age! He is also very accommodating when I have the unexpected emergency.
I saw Janine for aesthetic treatment which included filler for my nasolabial folds. I am very pleased with the results, they look so natural and have made a big difference. Janine was very professional and thorough, making sure each step was explained, it was a pain free procedure and she made me feel very calm and relaxed throughout the whole appointment. I would highly recommend to anyone considering any aesthetic treatments with herself.
I saw Janine for a lip filler appointment and she was fantastic! I was so nervous at first but she soon put me at ease with her kind and calming manor. She discussed the whole process with me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I have always been self conscious of my thin lips but she’s done an amazing job creating a natural but enhanced look and has given me so much more confidence. I could not recommend her enough!
I had two teeth taken out back in February under sedation. I am an incredibly anxious patient but the staff at Pennypot made me feel at ease and safe throughout the whole procedure. I would go back again if I required sedation again.
Totally amazed and taken aback with the professionalism of the whole service. While I appreciate going to the dentist is rather expensive you cant fault the cleanliness, the service, the equipment and professionalism. The dentist was clear concise and ensured my understanding of the situation and options.
My appointment was on time. The Reception team were welcoming, and my appointment with the Hygienist was very professional. I was made to feel relaxed during my treatment and was informed before hand that if I experienced any discomfort, the procedure could be stopped and another method could be adopted. I am so grateful to have found Penny Pot dental practice our dentist Omar Hussain and Janine Morgan, Hygienist since moving to Ashford. Everyone is welcoming, professional, friendly and helpful. Having seen a variety of hygienists over the years Janine is truly the best. She makes you feel at ease so calm, friendly and professional. Janine always provides a gentle and thorough treatment explaining what she is going to do as she through the process and checking you are okay frequently. I recommend Janine to everyone and I would not see anyone else. Thank you Janine and everyone at Pennypot.
I had my filling today with Dr Josh which I was extremely nervous about. He was very patient and calming, I did not feel a thing. The nurse was also lovely, even held my hand. Reception was welcoming and very organised with booking future appointments. Could not recommend enough.
