Great place for a walk with lots of trails around the flash and up to the canal, with a few hides for watching the birds dotted about.

Really great place for a walk. Large car park but can get full on busy weekends. Often an ice cream van there in summer. Playground for the kids and plenty of good paths for walking. Some good views out over the flash and some excellent bird hides so bring your binoculars. Although one hide doesn't require anything other than quiet and patience as the bird feeders attract many species to very close to the hide.

Nice place for walking. I went for bird watching but was disappointed that one hide  was closed for repairs one hide you could not see out of due to overgrown reeds. The bunting hide was ok but i have never seen so many Rats. There will be a new cafe opening very soon it looks great. The carpark has been re surfaced that's nice

Lovely place for a walk. Numerous pathways and routes around the area. Plenty of wildlife around the area. Very tranquil place to sit and take in the views

Shame have to pay to park now for disabled. Becoming too commercial but understand money needed to survive. Peaceful ,relaxing some interesting birds.

Nice to walk around. Ice cream van, donut van & burger van. Gets very busy.

I go here regularly. Lovely lake to walk around. Beautiful wood land paths. They have a massive car park that's very cheap under 2 quid all day. They are building new facilties like a cafe etc. There is also decent play areas for the kids.

This was a beautiful wildlife haven until the council decided to "improve" it   for months now the car parking is reduced,there are coned off areas and the building works seem to have ground to a halt despite the info boards saying it should have been completed by their own deadline  no idea  what's happening here but it really has destroyed a lovely bird watching and nature beauty spot and no updates to be seen anywhere as to the delays?

Nice place to visit through the day but the car park night can be very  surprising when you just want to walk your dogs
