I have used this company before some years ago and booked them again for a flight originally due in June 2019. I find Charlotte very helpful and customer service in general. However this flight has not happened yet in the two years since then. While we have cancelled and rearranged twice all the other times have been the company. Today a flight was due yet again. This has been cancelled this morning with no reason given. Weather has been the reason on other occasions. This can happen but 2 years is ridiculously far too long. I have asked for a refund but been advised this will be minus an admin fee. I really don’t see the fairness in this when the cancellation has not been my fault. If concert performances have been cancelled during covid I have been offered the option of a full refund.
No really useful information given possibly due to lockdown. Answer phone message
Altogether a personal experiance flying 'an alternative choice of gift .
