Constantly bothering me with unsolicited phone calls, obviously cowboys.

Diabolical and unprofessional service from these cowboys/girls. Do not understand what confidentiality laws are. And are the first to take money but the last to get onto any issues with their clients properties. When my partner found another property to move away from a shabby mouldy building they rented her. One member of staff named Kirsty maliciously phoned her new agency and lied to the landlord to block the move.Any other walk of life this would have led to serious consequences for this member of staff but it seems this is all part of the way they do their business. If i can save just one more tenant the hassle we have had to endure from these amateurs then it's job well done. Please steer clear at all costs.

We have tried them once, and we will Never ever go back to them again even if they would pay us. They Never payed us fairly, never on time, the best part of dealing with them was when we left them. It is simply amazing the customer service skill that the branch manager has. Believe me they don't worth even a single star

kirsty from the port talbot office has terrible customer skills and should be fired.. been waiting 8 months for them to remove carpet which they replaced and was dumped on the floor outside the property its her that takes the calls and does not pass messages on . they also took lino up from my bathroom and dumped it outside my property 9 weeks ago and its still there and i still have just bare floorboards in bathroom . i had a problem with my toliet and when i told her she said i had to do it myself .. i am no plumber .. now to top it off rang them this morning to report a faulty boiler and low and behold guess what i was told ... yup you guessed it to sort it myself ... i am currently looking for a new property to rent they never return calls discusting .
