We found a metal coil in our food!!!!! Husband actually pulled it out his mouth! We called Penn Balti straight away to advise them and asked for a refund. No apology was given, and we were told they will only give us a refund if they came back to our house to collect what was left of the food! I explained we’d thrown the remainder of food in the bin, as we were not eating anymore and we just had what was on our plates.. The food was half eaten.. personally I didn’t want them to come back to my house! They had the nerve to ask me to get the food out of my bin.. as they didn’t believe me.. I trusted in them to provide me with a dish that wasn’t cooked in front of me, but they didn’t trust me to tell them that there was metal in their food? 9:15pm We’d agreed for them to collect the food, only to be told they would come in an hour? We live less than 30 sec in a car journey from this place? I think it’s absolutely appalling their customer service is so poor!! If this is what their customer service is like, I’d hate to think what their food preparation is like? We will not be eating from this place ever again!! I even told them to keep the refund!! Thank you Penn Balti for ruining my Saturday night meal and mood!!! I don’t want to give you a star, but have to in order to write this review!!!

Awful curry doesn't taste anything like curry tastes very tomatoey and flavourless honestly worst curry I've ever had and I'm not a picky eater honestly don't buy from here 🤢

Food very bland, every curry tasted the same. Food was cold when it arrived. Received no conplimentery sides although it states you should receive them. Very disappointed, won't use them again

Ordered a madras, by far the most flavourless curry I've ever tried. Comparable to a warm blended tomato. If you like tasty food I would avoid.

The penn balti is a disgrace! Said I ordered the wrong food when I didn't and then wouldn't let me change to the right one. Never buy from there ever again! It's awful. People were so rude.
