We ordered an electric garage door to help my elderly mother to get in and out of her garage, we called Gwynedd Garage Doors (GGDs) and were told that it was now under the auspices of Peninsula Windows (PW) sales men. Nick from PW duly arrived, gave a professional diatribe etc. etc and eventually we decided that it might also be prudent to replace three windows in the lounge and dining room as well. His eyes lit up with '£££' signs. His declared delivery and fitting for the garage door was assured as mid Jan 18 despite that the order was placed in early December 17 with the Xmas break not that far away. Mid Jan came and went as did a fair bit of February, querying the position with PW produced the response that it was nothing to do with them and that I had to speak with GGDs. To cut a long story short, our contract with on PW paperwork but they quickly lost interest. The door was fitted by Paul of GGDs on 28/2/18 and he and his colleague did an excellent job in very cold conditions - Paul of GGDs I give 5 stars to. Once we mentioned the windows the PW salesman (Nick) gave the normal spiel - buy now, price increase after Xmas - the usual salesman patter. In my experience PW are giving totally unrealistic delivery and installation dates on GDDs doors and because of that and their lack of interest after purchase, the £8000 windows job will be offered elsewhere. Paul of GDDs you were great, if only I could say the same about PW.

The Peninsula team were both professional and accommodating yet still had a personal touch from our first visit right through to the day that our windows and doors were installed and completed. We had a huge range of materials, colours, glass ratings and finishes to choose from and all at Peninsula were very patient and helpful in our decision making! Our Bifold doors look amazing in our new extension and compliment our choice of colour on our windows beautifully! Great end to end service, from quoting through to fitting. Fitters went over above and made good the surrounding areas for our replacement sash windows. Would recommend.

Brilliant service. Did an amazing job of my conservatory. Service is amazing, they came and replaced a window for me the next day after it was broken. Would recommend to anyone.
