Appalling service. Do not buy from this company. Original order was delivered late, and with the promised gift with purchase, plus I've been waiting a month for a refund. Customer service team just say there's a delay you don't say! and that they're sorry. Just avoid them.  Date of experience: 09 February 2023

Today my wife and I, along with our two dogs visited the store, and were made exceptionally welcome by Chloe.  We were very impressed by Chloe’s high levels of customer service, she was friendly and fun, a pleasure to spend time with. Her detailed product knowledge of the entire Penhaligon’s range also really helped us with our purchasing decisions. She's a real credit to the company and should be commended.  Overall it made for a lovely experience, purchasing a lovely product.

Just been here this morning to pick up my online order...CLICK & COLLECT!! I had the pleasure of Andrew serving me  & this is the second time I've been looked after by him....what a lovely guy who is always so polite , so helpful & always looking so smart. Exquisite! Fabulous store with excellent staff. Just as you would expect from Penhaligon's.

Wonderful experience finding my wedding scent. Andrew was so helpful as we were in several times after letting scents sit on the skin. Highly recommend, amazing customer service and wonderful products.

Let me start by saying I have worked with customers for40 years.  Oh my God, ANDREW, you are AMAZING, probably the best person I have EVER come across in retail, truly!  Kind, helpful, humorous, fabulously handsome band presentable, and extremely knowledgeable!  Can’t thank you enough.  Your Mum should be VERY proud of such a fantastic young man!

All staff in the store are brilliant, especially Scarlett who provides excellent customer service and is super friendly. No matter how busy the store is, I am always approached by staff and treated well. Recommend highly.

Bought an item online that I wasn’t too happy with which was disappointing as I’ve been purchasing Penhaligons for years now and they’ve always been amazing, called the Chester branch and asked if I could exchange, the lady I spoke to was more than happy to help. Chloe I think that’s her name delivered such an amazing service throughout. I couldn’t have asked for better and I was gifted a 100ml empressa body and hand wash for my troubles, which was a lovely surprise. Chloe also added in a couple of testers for the other parfum I was interested in buying for next time. Chloe was so lovely and knowledgeable with the products. Customer service 10/10 Products 10/10 Happy customer again, thank you

Andrew the sales person  at Penhaligons Chester is a credit to the company His customer service is amazing and so thoughtful.  He actullay made my day. I wish him all the  very best and hope his future is as bright and cheerful as he is.

The modern street level store is nicely set out and has a great range of products in a good looking display.  When the store was located up the stairs it had more of a olde world style and feel of classical apothecary.  The store does have stairs so could be a problem for people with disability and accessibility issues.  The staff are friendly and helpful.  Well worth a visit
