Ideal for a quiet holiday. Caravans well spaced. Good southerly aspect. Beach probably 15-20 mins by foot. Fowey and St Austell a short drive away.

If you could call it a greeting, we were greeted by a grumpy man with the aura of a dead dog upon arrival.
It was pissing down with rain and only had a tent so asked where the best place to put the tent was. Basil Fawltys incredibly less funny, less talented and downright miserable cornish camping counterpart advised us of a spot.
Waterlogged as you like, we slipped around and managed to make a muddy wet camp, which did to be fair allow us to survive thoroughout the night.
In the morning, everyone we saw asked why we put the tent there, because it was in an area where all the rain from the field drained.
When we told them it was the guy at receptions idea, they all laughed and looked at us like we had been had.
Not a great feeling, didnt enjoy being treated like a unwanted guests for having a tent only.
Have 1* review and deserve it.

Beautiful views of the sea. The static caravan is lovely. The staff are very friendly. Polkerris is about a mile away which is a beautiful cove with a pub and restaurant. Head in the opposite direction and there is a nice walk into Fowey (a couple of miles).

Views breathtaking! Dated washrooms and not cleaned enough. Lots of campers so need more attention. It's a pleasant site with no frills, looks better on the Web site.
