Nice little exotic pet shop, helpful chap. Got a few bits for my boys praying mantis. Loads of spiders, lizards, some frogs, fish and more. Could be a bit more spacious, but overall a good setup

Horrible customer service. I went to buy some pet food and I forgot my mask home. I did not enter the store, the door was opened and at the door I have asked for a mask so I can enter the store and purchase what I need. I was told that this is a pet store and not a pharmacy on a horrible tone and a bad look. I was not expecting this answer as it was the first time this happened in any store. Zero respect. The young boy working there stains the company with his horrible attitude towards customers. He should definitely do a customer service course if he does not know how to talk with people in a respectful manner and a positive body language. I was expecting something like, we can give you a cheap mask as you shop in our store or sorry we do not have a mask. Oh well, I managed to find another pet store not too far away and they had masks. I purchased what I needed and I left. I do not advise anyone to visit this store. Not the only one complaining about the young man...
Nice range of fish and accessories with fair prices. Helpful and friendly staff. Best aquarium shop in Thanet I think!
Very unhelpful. Didn't know what they was talking about when it came to the fish Went to return a tank that was not right for us and they wouldn't give us a refund even though we had the receipt. I would juts like our money back
First time in the shop. John was really helpful as I wasn't sure about my pond pipe work diameters. Great shop, if you keep fish go check them out.
Very helpful staff. Went in to ask them questions about reptiles and other things and they helped me and my missus out with all or our questions that we had. They have a wide choice, lots on display and it's all very interesting!
