Leisure static home park. Few facilities for families. Very good for elderly people though. You cannot walk anywhere from the site as there aren't any footpaths.  Dog walk consists of walking round the site which again is ok for the elderly but not for younger people. There is a small fishing pond and a swimming pool. It's very peaceful at all times of the year.

Love this site, We have been on this site since 2017.  If you are looking for a park that's quiet, has beautiful views, friendly owners then this site is well worth a look. It is a owners only park which is great as it helps to build a nice community on the site and we have really great neighbours around us.  It has a nice play area for the children, a swimming pool, fish pond and a great big field for the children to play football on.  Yes if you want all the amenities that a big commercial site has to offer like for example 7 day a week evening entertainment, amusements and on site shops then you may feel disappointed here but from our perspective we did not want that, we wanted to be on a quiet rural site and this site ticks every box for us as a family.  Hope to have many more happy years here creating memories with my family.

What a beautiful caravan park we've been on here 5 years the best thing we ever done finley loves the park and walking around the caravan park and seeing the beautiful birds definitely 5stars xxx

Not a seasoned owner!......bought an older caravan back last year when Covid measures were relaxed somewhat. Met with laura following a number of e-mails, and spend the afternoon on site. Left for home excited knowing that we would endeavour to purchase one of the van's. We haven't looked back! wish we'd enquired years ago. Beautiful park, fabulous neighbours, really helpful accommodating team.....its a pleasure to see them and to catch up when on site. Can't recommend enough........#our second home.

This is a great site. Been here for about 4 years. Absolutely love it. John is a great bloke, vert helpful, nothing is to much trouble. If your thinking of using a caravan to let, then its not allowed. Site is for owners, which is great. Nice friendly private site with a great view off the valley.

Been here 10 years and we live it  ,everyone friendly ,views are spectacular, john ,mark and ian always lovely and helpful ,my quiet place ,love it

Such a beautiful tranquil place, so quiet and pretty. Not far from Aberystwyth Town centre. There is a lovely swimming pool on the grounds, a beautiful little walk through the forest. Very friendly owners.

Lovely quiet site very friendly and helpful owner. Great views well maintained. Ive been here a couple of years now and always wind down as soon as I arrive. x

As a base it's lovely. Swimming pool is heated my son loved it. Didn't go into the club house. Would be a little better is there was a small site shop there.
