Fantastic meal in a well run establishment, with very pleasant friendly staff too. My brother and I had the large mixed grill, while my other brother and two cousin's had burgers...enjoyed being there.
We spent most of New Years Eve in here....what a great Wetherspoons..Great location, nice building, excellent bar staff bringing drinks to our table all night....they worked hard. The food was nice too, so nice in fact, we came back for a yummy breakfast the next morning.
Previous time we when I give it Top marks. But popped in over the weekend, & both hot drink machines was out of order, so couldn't get coffee or hot chocolate for the kids. Then they forgot the mushrooms for 3 of us! After telling the staff we only got a mushroom each instead of the required amount. Staff wasn't as friendly as normal, probably too much stree. So, can only give it a 3 today.
An excellent wetherspoons. Breakfast was quick and one of the best I've had in a good while, also it had a really nice atmosphere for a tourist. Felt very local and Welsh whilst being clearly a wetherspoons. A must go for breakfast if your passing

Large, spacious and impressive building, beautifully converted into a Wetherspoon pub. It's smack opposite the railway station in Station Square. Clean and friendly, but lacked something, the meal turned up looking good, but disappointing, it was just a fraction past warm and the eggs hard fried. Plusses and minuses on this one.
Busy with a great atmosphere. Quite a large venue. The food was typical of a chain pub but very good quality. We ordered the food and drinks through the Wetherspoon app which gave us table service and surprisingly the service was very quick. Drinks were very cheap. Not many places you can order 2 pints and it be under £4.50. Def' return.
Spoons so you should know what to expect! Nice place for a pint or two and the food is as expected. The staff seemed pleasant and happy to help, recommend using the app as it's a busy place around lunch
Good atmosphere, friendly staff, good varied menu, and nice to have Wetherspoons with no TV so quieter than normal, no football.
