Very rude, unhelpful and dishonest guy that works behind the post office. I purposely drive an extra few miles to avoid going here. Rather that than risk him refusing to accept parcels. Never have an issue at any other local PO - just this one.
As a Pembury resident, I have been using our Village Post Office for a significant number of years. Whilst in this day and age it is easy for people to look up information online, that is not the same as knowledge. I always find the staff in our village post office to be knowledgeable and willing to help. The key gentleman behind the counter is always happy to assist with any queries I may have; he has a very dry sense of humour and I frequently leave having a good chuckle.nI value and respect our Village Post Office. Thank you!

Don’t you find anyone else to work at your post office??? The rudest person in whole of Kent probably is in your store and that’s not only from me! Read the reviews from other consumers! Treat your self better staff and you business will treat you better. I will make a formal complaint to the post office about this and taking this further. Just because you don’t make money for some of the parcel service you actually decline or make stories that machine won’t work because the print is too dark/light despite having all labels printed at the same printer. Some trouble coming your way from post office head office soon! That guy with yellow stained moustache need to be gone from your shop!
Absolutely the worst post office in the area! I took a prepaid parcelforce box for oversea there, the old guy told me he could not accept it. Holly crab! He was a BIG LIAR. On the same day, I took it to a local post office in High Brooms. No problem at all, my parcel was accepted. You know what, when I ask the old guy in Pembury if other small post offices will accept it or not, he told they would not. A BIG LIAR!!!!! Attention, Royal Mail, there is a BIG LIAR in this post office on Sunday 23/05/2021 an old guy who lied to me. Absolutely dreadful place to post anything! I wish I could leave ZERO star here. Luckily I got it accepted on the same day at High Brooms Post Office. Thanks High Brooms Post Office staff.nnI want to add another review today 26/04/2024. Same old guy in this post office. I have an international Royal Mail parcel 3kg weight. The old guy lied to me that he could not take it and asked me to post it in another branch! BULLSHIT!!!! I will report this to the Royal Mail as this is the second time this same guy lied to me and refused to accept my parcel. I would leave ZERO star for this place!
