The lady has terrible customer service. A condescending and rude attitude. Tone of voice completely changes for other customers. Along with snide comments extremely unprofessional and unpleasant.

Really pleasant, helpful staff; mixed the paint I needed there and then.  As recommended by my local painter and builders, as offer paints not available elsewhere.

Explained what I was having done and was given all the info on what I needed. You do not get this anywhere else. I purchased what I needed and will definitely return when I need more paint.  Excellent service

Good quality products yet annoyingly unhelpful and abrasive staff member made the experience of asking advice unnecessaryily difficult. Next time I'll probably just get my paint from wicks or similar. The staff there have standards in how to deal with customers.

There's a good selection of products available and such knowledgeable staff. I was given a colour card and realise that I can have the shade of my choice at very little extra above the standard paint price.
