Based within the location of Pelsall village. Lovely place to walk and take your dog. Nice place to relax in the summer. The main park consists of two swing sets one for infants and the other for older children, climbing frame for infants with a slide and a larger slide with climbing frame for older children. Shops located within walking distance. No allocated parking but plenty of side parking available.
Pelsall common is a lovely place to visit. Lovely walks around plus nice small pool with ducks etc. There are plenty of benches to sit and rest especially around pool. There is a nice secure children's play area. And in the Village shopping area next to common, delightful cake and bread shop that also does takeaway fresh sandwiches plus fish and chip shops and cafe and eating places. Parking places are plentiful, but please park correctly.
Our favourite place to come and walk. You can just get away from humans here. Apart from the school kids cutting across littering and breaking stuff, you don't need to associate with people if you don't want to.
Lived in Pelsall for many years enjoyed walking my dog on common via going to see parents. Dog-friendliness: Plenty of bins for used dog poo bags.
Brilliant for dog walking or just having a stroll. The south common used to be quite bare, but the trees have really matured and have been left to fill the open spaces, especially around the duck pond. Close to a good bakery and chip shop as well.
People who live around here are lucky to have it right on the doorstep. Not much of a destination but a pleasant open area that is nice to have a little meander around. There is a small playground and a natural looking pond that the ducks enjoy.
Lovely extensive grassy area adjacent to Pelsall village, a god-send during covid lockdown.
Nice common. Good for walking dogs . Benches to sit on.
A great place for a little wildlife photography. Didn't see the deers though
Would be great if people picked up after their dogs
