We only employ highly qualified and experienced staff. We work together as a team to offer our clients professionalism, fantastic customer service.

Story

Pelo was opened on the 5th october 2004, since then we have gone fom strength to strength, starting out with one stylist and a assistant.
We now have 10 staff in total.

We pride ourselves on providing a relaxed & comfortable atmosphere, together with a high level of professionalism and customer care.

We are based on the popular warwick gates area of warwick, a quick drive from both leamington spa & warwick town centre.

An abundance of free parking is available at our salon.

Very disappointed with my visit and how it’s been handled afterwards. I would probably not post this if it was handled in a nicer way. Had my hair done with Georgie artistic director and salon manger. My hair is nowhere how I wanted it despite a consultation and a very confident approval for what I wanted. First of all I was sent home with two colours on my head, one of them being bright bright yellow and the other ashy blond. After coming back for a toner it was a little better yet again - nothing like I wanted it to look. Second of all my hair has been left patchy see pictures and nowhere near as light as I wanted it to be. After a brief exchange with salon owner and the blame basically put on me I gave up. Won’t be surprised if they come back now saying it’s my fault because I don’t want to come in and let them fix it. No, I do not want to come back. How many times can I be back and not satisfied? Waste of my and their time. There’s been a very similar review a while ago with a similar issue. I would avoid this place. No apology from the owner, the whole blame is basically put on you same as it has been handled with a previous client. Even trying to tell me that my hair just can’t go any lighter than this, it’s not their fault. Yet I’ve had my hair way lighter already so clearly can be done but just by a different hairdresser? There’s a different way to handle situations like this. You’ll receive no accountability or acknowledgment at all. This salon has built its reputation but if they keep treating their clients like this it won’t last long. My inspo and my hair all attached. I was received well, offered a drink while waiting. Had a fabulous head massage with my hair wash & condition.nThen Robyn listened to my previous experiences, listened well to my thoughts on my cut.nA really nice experience and will continue to returnnThanks
I had a fantastic time visiting Pelo. Everyone was lovely and I felt looked after. Robyn who toned and cut my hair was amazing. She walked me through everything and took time to understand how I envisaged my hair, asking me questions to get a full picture of what I liked and didn't like. We chatted about life and our love for musicals, it felt like I was chatting with someone I've known for years. The salon was extremely clean and tidy. I left the salon feeling in love with my hair and feeling tons of confidence. Thank you so much to the team and Claire, and a very special thank you to Robyn. I cannot wait to come back!
Such a nice atmosphere in Pelo. Welcomed as soon as I walked in. Offered a drink straight away. Robyn was so lovely and did exactly what I wanted and gave advice on what would work and wouldn’t. I will definitely be back to get my hair done again and recommend to anyone looking for a new hair salon. Gutted I forgot to take a picture as my hair looked amazing
I had my first appointment today with Georgie, such a great experience she listened to what I wanted and gave some great advice. I'm so pleased with my cut, I will definitely be returning. I'd highly recommend this salon and Georgie.
