I came in before Christmas and unfortunately the stylist I have been seeing for the last 3 years did not listen to what I wanted to achieve with my hair and was cut and coloured into a style I am not at all happy with and paid a lot of money for. When I called the salon the next working day they did fit me in but was told the best they could do was tone my now white blonde hair after requesting a warm honey blonde, but this is not a fix. I was told they would fit me in when they could and no other appointment was made. I was also made to feel incredibly small at this appointment and no apology was made. I did hear from Gary a week later and he offered a full refund and offered to fix my hair - all messages have since been ignored and I am left with a hair style that I did not ask for and still am really unhappy with. I still have not received the refund. I have been a loyal customer since 2016 and have never complained. I am so shocked and hurt and now cannot trust a salon I had thought were better than that.

It was my first time getting hair extensions done. Got a consultation with Oscar and we figured the nano rings would be best. He is such a professional, gave me tips about maintenance - all the dos and donts. I felt very safe in his hands. Chloe washed my hair and gave me the best head massage! Not only everyone was so lovely but they also have a massage chair when washing your hair!! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Fantastic as always! Me and my family swear by Gary Pellicci, we moved away from ongar in 2014 and nowhere matched up so we always travel in just to get our hair done here. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the results are always above and beyond what i hoped for. I’m a regular at Gary Pellici , Brentwood. I love their atmosphere and have always felt welcome each time I set foot in there.  When it comes to stylists , my vote will always go to Alex. She is absolutely smashing at her job and also extremely polite and helpful. She is always spot on with recommendations on what would suit me the best and upfront if she feels a certain style or colour won’t suit me. Myself and my 2 boys have our hair cut by Sarah at Gary Pellicci in Ongar and I couldn’t recommend her and the business highly enough. I had my hair done at the salon today by Oscar! I was so nervous to have balyage again as I previously had it done at another salon and absolutely hated it but Oscar made sure he knew exactly what I wanted and the results were amazing. The blending of the colours is second to none and I can’t wait to come back for a freshen up soon. The whole team are so lovely & welcoming!
